Refund Policy – Shiksha Training Academy

At Shiksha Training Academy, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable services to all users. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical issues

  • Incorrect amount charged during transaction

  • Payment failure where the amount is debited but service is not activated

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date along with valid payment proof.

Non-Refundable Services
  • Registration fees, subscription plans, job posting fees, and other digital services are non-refundable once activated

  • Fees paid for services already used or partially used will not be refunded

  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind or non-usage of services
Refund Process

Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our support team. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Final Decision

Shiksha Training Academy reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on policy terms. All decisions made by the management will be final and binding.
